The benefits of  hemp for human health

Hemp is one of the most controversial representatives of the plant world.  The discussion around that has not stopped for decades.  In few countries, the cultivation of hemp, even in small quantities, is prohibited at the statutory level, and the cultivation of industrial hemp is only allowed with some limitations.

 What do the plants look like

Conventionally, hemp is divided into medical and technical.  It is believed that the technique contains a large amount of high-quality fibre, and medicinal hemp, on the other hand, is rich in cannabinoids, which are used in the manufacture of medicines.  These are plants of the same species, the problem is only in the direction of the breeding activity.

Medical Use

All above-ground parts of the plant have healing properties to varying degrees. Seed- For medicinal purposes, flaxseed is most often used.  They containup to 35% fatty oiland starch; cannabin glycosides; mineral; alkaloids; vitamins K, E, C, group B.

Emulsions from the seeds are used as a painkiller and antispasmodic for bladder inflammation and coughs, especially asthma.  To provide the daily dose, 10 g of seeds are crushed in a grinder, poured with a glass of milk and brought to a boil.  Received during the day with a small sip. In addition, analgesic gruel is provided from the seeds, which is applied to joints and painful places with bruising, rheumatism and gout.

Cannabis oil extracted from seeds by cold pressing retains all its beneficial properties and is a great source of omega-3, omega-6 and omega-9 fatty acids which are essential for our body.  Apply it externally and internally.
